Eligibility Criteria:
- Duration:
- You have 1 Day after receiving your item to request a return for damaged or defective products in selected returnable product categories.
- Condition:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Share an uncut version of the first-time unboxing/packet-opening video demonstrating the damaged or defective nature of the product.
- Provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process:
- To start a return, email us at info@thetreasurecart.com or contact us at the customer care number provided in the product invoice with your order ID and the product’s first-time parcel opening video.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Fee:
- If the return is for reasons other than a defective or damaged product, a return fee of Rs 200 will be deducted from the final return amount to cover courier expenses, packaging, and handling costs.
Damages and Issues:
- Make a first-time parcel opening video upon reception. Inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged.
Order Cancellation Policy:
- Orders can only be canceled before shipping.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
- If shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without justification.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If your refund is not received, please check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank. If the issue persists, contact us at info@thetreasurecart.com.
Refunds (if applicable):
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
